COVID 19 POLICY FOR CUSTOMERS
We are taking measures to keep our customers safe to mitigate the spread of Covid-19, We would request your full cooperation to keep you, us & our community safe.
•Please book appointments by telephone in advance of visiting the garage.
•DO NOT present your vehicle for service or MoT if you or someone in your household is self isolating.
•If you are shielding on Government advice & wish your vehicle to be picked up, please be patient with us as we will try our best to accommodate you. However we are operating a skeleton staff presently.
•Payment can be made by telephone with credit/debit before collection. The PDQ machine is still available in reception, this is cleaned after every transaction.
•Please provide reception with an email address where we can send your MoT cert & invoices. Alternatively, a paper copy will be placed in the vehicle to avoid face to face contact as much as possible.
To keep you safe we have put the following procedures in place:-
•Upon arrival if you do not wish to enter the building please telephone us to confirm your arrival. Keep a 2m distance from staff at all times. Leave your key in the vehicle, we will collect it from the vehicle. It will be sanitised, as will the steering wheel, gear shift & door handles. A car seat & floor mat will be placed in the vehicle. We will wear clean gloves in each vehicle.
To keep us safe we request :-
•Please present your vehicle interior in a clean condition. No open drinks or food packets should be in the cabin.
•Maintain a 2m distance if a member of staff comes out to your vehicle to make a small repair, ie change a bulb/wiper or to inspect your vehicle.
To keep us all safe our waiting area is presently closed. You can still wait outside whilst work/MoT is carried out. Only one customer may enter the premises at a time.
